Terms of Service Privacy Policy Refund Policy
Summary: BizSoKae is committed to fair treatment of both freelancers and business owners. Cancellations at any stage have specific consequences to protect both parties.

1. Project Cancellation by Business Owner

A Business Owner may cancel ("Close") a live project at any time before a freelancer has been formally hired. Cancellation after hiring but before any Escrow milestone has been funded incurs no penalty. Cancellation after a milestone has been funded triggers the Escrow Refund process (see Refund Policy).

2. Bid Withdrawal by Freelancer

Freelancers cannot directly withdraw a bid once submitted, as 20 coins have already been deducted. If a Business Owner closes a project before hiring, the freelancer's bid coins are NOT automatically refunded as the bid was successfully placed and visible to the client. This policy prevents bid spam.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Freelancers on a monthly subscription (₹200/month) can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months. Coins credited upon subscription activation remain in the wallet even after cancellation.

4. Profile Boost Cancellation

A "Boost Profile" promotion (100 coins / 24 hours) cannot be cancelled once activated. The coins are non-refundable once the promotion has started, as the feature (priority placement) is actively being delivered.

5. Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by emailing support@bizsokae.com with the subject "Account Closure Request." Active Escrow milestones must be resolved before account closure. Coin balances are forfeited upon account closure. KYC data is retained for 7 years as required by Indian law.

6. Platform-Initiated Cancellation

BizSoKae may cancel/suspend accounts for Terms of Service violations. In such cases, any funds held in Escrow will be held pending investigation and returned to the appropriate party after Admin review.
