Terms of Service Privacy Policy Cancellation Policy

1. Escrow Refunds

Milestone funds held in Escrow are refundable in the following circumstances:

2. Subscription Refunds

The ₹200/month freelancer subscription is non-refundable once activated and coins (+100) have been credited to the account. If a technical failure prevents coin credit, contact support within 48 hours for a full refund.

3. Coin Purchases

Coins earned through platform activities (blogs, subscriptions) are non-refundable. Coins used for bidding or profile promotion are non-refundable, as the service (bid placement or profile boost) has been rendered.

4. GST & TDS on Refunds

In case of a refund, GST charged on the original transaction will be reversed as per GST law. TDS deducted will be reflected in your Form 26AS and cannot be directly refunded by BizSoKae — it must be claimed against your income tax liability when filing your ITR.

5. How to Claim a Refund

To initiate an Escrow refund: open a Dispute from within your Dashboard within 7 days of the milestone delivery deadline. You will receive a decision within 10 business days. For subscription issues: email support@bizsokae.com within 48 hours of the charge.
