1. Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Identity Data: Name, mobile number (+91), and profile details.
- KYC Documents: PAN card, Aadhaar card, GST certificate, MSME registration, and selfie photographs. These are encrypted and stored only for admin verification purposes.
- Usage Data: Activity logs, bids placed, blogs submitted, and coin transactions.
- Financial Data: Transaction amounts in the Escrow system. Note: we do not store full payment card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To verify your identity and maintain platform integrity (KYC).
- To provide, operate, and improve the BizSoKae marketplace.
- To calculate applicable GST and TDS on Escrow transactions.
- To send you WhatsApp OTP notifications and platform alerts.
- To enforce our Terms of Service and resolve disputes.
3. KYC Document Storage
All KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, GST, selfies) are stored in a private, encrypted cloud storage bucket. Access is restricted exclusively to authorized BizSoKae administrators. Documents are used solely for identity verification and are not shared with third parties except as required by Indian law.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share data with:
- Payment processors (e.g., Razorpay) for transaction processing — only minimal required data.
- Government authorities when required by law (e.g., for TDS/GST compliance).
- Cloud service providers (InsForge, Vercel) operating as data processors under our instructions.
5. Data Retention
Your profile and KYC data is retained for the lifetime of your account plus 7 years (as required by Indian financial regulations). You may request deletion of your account, but certain records may be retained for legal compliance.
6. Your Rights

7. Cookies & Tracking
We use local storage (not third-party cookies) to maintain your session. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.
